2. Our Mission

OpenOrphanage exists to provide transparent administration tools for orphanages worldwide, connecting them with donors and supporting children on their journey to flourishing. This service is operated in faith, serving the least of these in Jesus' name.

3. User Responsibilities

All Users Must:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the security of their account credentials
• Report any security concerns immediately
• Respect the privacy and dignity of children

Orphanage Administrators Must:

• Provide truthful information about their facility and children
• Use donations solely for their stated purposes
• Maintain proper child protection policies
• Submit to verification processes

6. Donations & Financial Transparency

Donations made through KingdomInvest.ing are subject to their terms and policies. OpenOrphanage facilitates transparency but is not directly responsible for donation processing. Orphanages are required to report how funds are used.

7. Verification & Trust

We implement a verification system for orphanages. Verification status does not constitute endorsement but indicates completion of our verification process. Users should exercise their own judgment.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, particularly those that endanger children or engage in fraudulent activity. Termination may occur without prior notice in severe cases.

9. Limitation of Liability

OpenOrphanage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for actions taken by orphanages, donors, or other users. We facilitate connections and transparency but cannot guarantee outcomes.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
